Novak and Karlovic sing duet for drug prevention

The best Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic and his Croatian colleague Ivo Karlovic recorded a song “Moja droga je tenis” (“My drug is tennis”) as a part of a humanitarian project aimed against drug addiction.

The song is available for download from Saturday, June 26, at www.ambasadori.org.

Although they have many obligations during the season, Novak Djokovic and Ivo Karlovic immediately agreed to participate in the project and give their contribution to drug and violence prevention.

Djokovic recorded his part of the song in between matches at Serbia Open 2010, in studio ‘Digimedija’.

”I joined the campaign, because I wanted to contribute to the fight against drugs and violence in our region,” said Novak. “I believe that this humanitarian action will open the eyes of people who need it. The song was fun and interesting. I’d like to thank my friends Karlovic and Baby Dooks and everyone else who support this action” added Djokovic.

”The ambassadors of the region against drugs” is a socially responsible project linking the major youth, cultural and tourism organisations of the region such as EXIT, Papaya, Libertas Film Festival, MTV, etc…
