Novak is the only tennis player in history to have achieved at least 90 wins at each Grand Slam tournament: Australian Open (94), Roland Garros (96), Wimbledon (97), US Open (90).

On August 4, just eight and a half weeks after undergoing meniscus surgery on his right leg, Novak defeated Carlos Alcaraz 7-6 (3), 7-6 (2) in an epic Paris Olympics singles final to clinch a GOLD medal. With the brilliant triumph, he has also become just the fifth player, after Steffi Graf, Andre Agassi, Rafael Nadal and Serena Williams, to complete the Golden Slam, winning all four major titles and an Olympic gold medal in singles.

With a 6-1, 5-7, 3-6, 7-5, 6-3 fourth round victory over Francisco Cerundolo at 2024 Roland Garros, Novak made another historic achievement. He clinched a record-breaking 370th Grand Slam match win, surpassing Roger Federer’s previous mark of 369.

Novak became the oldest world no.1 in the history of the ATP Rankings on April 8, 2024, at the age of 36 years and 321 days, surpassing the previous record held by Roger Federer.

Novak is in the 1st place on the all-time list of players for most weeks at No.1. Having spent his 428th week at the summit of men’s professional tennis, he is in front of Federer, Sampras, Lendl, Connors, Nadal, McEnroe, Borg. He also surpassed S.Graf, who won 22 GSs and dominated women’s tennis in the 80s & 90s.

With a 6-3, 6-3 victory over Jannik Sinner in the championship match of the 2023 Nitto ATP Finals in Turin, Novak won a record seventh crown at the prestigious year-ending event, breaking a tie with Roger Federer for most titles.
