Novak is in the 1st place on the all-time list of players for most weeks at No.1. Having spent his 387th week at the summit of men’s professional tennis, he is in front of Federer, Sampras, Lendl, Connors, Nadal, McEnroe, Borg. He also surpassed S.Graf, who won 22 GSs and dominated women’s tennis in the 80s & 90s.

Novak is is fourth in the all-time list for most men’s singles titles in the Open Era (93), trailing only Jimmy Connors (109), Roger Federer (103) and Ivan Lendl (94).

With a 6-3, 7-6, 7-6 triumph over Stefanos Tsitsipas in the 2023 Australian Open final, Novak became only the second man in the history of the sport to have won 22 Grand Slam titles, joining Spaniard Rafael Nadal.

With a 7-5, 6-3 win over Casper Ruud in the championship match of the Nitto ATP Finals in Turin, Novak equaled Roger Federer’s record haul of six titles at the prestigious year-end event.
