A humanitarian match between Red Star women’s football team and Montevideo, God Bless You! film crew (Serbia’s official submission to the Best Foreign Language Film category of the 84th Academy Awards 2012) has been played at the Red Star stadium in Belgrade on Tuesday as a part of campaign “Battle for babies”.
The campaign’s aim is to raise funds for the purchase of 100 new baby incubators for maternity hospitals across Serbia.
Nole joined the Red Star team together with Robert Prosinecki, a member of the 1991 Red Star generation that was crowned European and World champions 20 years ago.
Novak Foundation will donate funds to help the campaign and purchase of new baby incubators.
