Lot of time passes between each Novak’s visit to his hometown. Tennis season lasts 11 months, trainings and preparations for the climb to the very top can be exhausting, but Novak will do anything to reach his life goal, and that is as we all know – position no.1!
Novak certainly does not remember the last time he walked downtown, and today he’s taken some time before his first match at Serbia Open to walk the streets he hasn’t seen for a long time, to meet with the citizens of Belgrade, coax a smile on their faces and in return receives congratulations, words of encouragement and support from his people that he represents throughout the world in the best way.
