Nole arrived in Melbourne, where the first Grand Slam of the season – the Australian Open – will take place from January 13 to 26, at Melbourne Park.
The four-time champion (2008, 2011-2013) arrived at the scene of his first Grand Slam triumph. He made his first appearance at Rod Laver Arena, and practiced with Serbian talent and hope Filip Krajinovic.
Fresh from winning the Mubadala WTC exhibition event at Abu Dhabi last week for the third successive year, Novak was in a great mood.
“So many great memories from RLA! Fantastic feeling to practice on fresh surface. Love Melbourne. Hitting with Filip Krajinovic,” the world no.2 wrote on his Facebook page.
