The greatest tennis player of all time, Novak Djokovic, is returning to the tennis court in Basel after a 15-year break!
The Serbian ace has accepted a wildcard from the organizers and will be the main star of the traditional ATP 500 tournament, the Swiss Indoors Basel, which takes place indoors from October 26 to November 1.
Novak has an exceptional history at this tournament, having participated three times so far with stellar results: winning the title in 2009 (when he defeated Roger Federer in the final), as well as reaching the final in 2010 and the semifinals in 2011.
His return to Switzerland comes at an important part of the season, with clear ambitions and in the fight for new points and a spot at the season-ending tournament in Turin.
