Nole won it 7-5 in 55 minutes.{nl}{nl}The world no.1 dropped his serve in the third game of the second set, but broke back in the sixth to level at 3-3.  The 24-year-old Belgrade native broke his opponent&#8217;s serve once again and closed the set and match 6-3.{nl}{nl}<b>&#8220;I was expecting a lot serve and volley attacks, especially after first serve,&#8221;<\/b> Djokovic said. <b>&#8220;He was using it really well, making my return games very difficult. But we both controlled our service games quite well up to maybe the beginning of the second set. I had one bad service game; he had couple. I was fortunate to use the opportunity when it was presented.&#8221;<\/b>{nl}{nl}<u>Match statistics<\/u>: aces (8-9), double faults (4-4), total points won (74-63).{nl}{nl}<b>In the quarter-finals, Novak will face his friend and compatriot Janko Tipsarevic. The match is scheduled on Thursday. <\/b>{nl}{nl}Tipsarevic, ranked no.9 in the world, booked his place in the last 8 coming back from a set down to beat Italian Flavio Cipolla 6-7(2), 6-1, 6-1 earlier today. {nl}{nl}Nole and Janko have met four times, the Serbian and world no.1 leads 3-1. Jankela won their last encounter, at the ATP World Tour Finals in London 2011 (3-6, 6-3, 6-3).{nl}{nl}<b>&#8220;Janko&#8217;s very solid from the baseline.
