With a dominant serve, precise returns, and a varied all-court game, he left McDonald with no real chances to challenge.<\/p>\n<p>Novak took the opening set with a break in the sixth game, then made an early move in the second set with a break in the first game, later doubling his lead to go up 5-2. Although the American managed to recover one break, Djokovic quickly shut the door.
