At 5-4 he called for a medical timeout due to back discomfort, but it proved to be nothing serious. Returning to the court, he held serve convincingly to close out the set 6-4.<\/p>\n<p>The second set followed a similar pattern. Novak created three consecutive break chances in the seventh game but couldn\u2019t convert. His serve held up throughout, but the set ultimately went to a tie-break. Despite leading 3-1, he allowed Norrie to swing the momentum with five straight points, and a costly double fault sealed the set 7-4 in the Briton\u2019s favor.<\/p>\n<p>Norrie came out firing in the third, breaking Novak in the opening game after saving two points at 15-40. The response was immediate &#8211; Djokovic struck back in the very next game on his third break chance. From there, the Serb took full control, stringing together three breaks and wrapping up the set 6-2.<\/p>\n<p>By the fourth set, Norrie had no answers left.
