In the latest ATP Ranking List<\/a>\u00a0as of Monday, June 10, Novak is holding the top spot (32nd week in a row).<\/strong><\/p>\n

The world no.1 has 480 points less than in the list released before the 2013 Roland Garros due to the semi-final exit (last year he reached finals). That is 11,830 points in total, or 3,520 points more than second-ranked Murray, 4,190 more than Federer, 4,610 more than Ferrer, and 4,935 more than Nadal.<\/p>\n

Nole is second in the ATP Race to London<\/a> list with 5,030 points.<\/p>\n

The 26-year-old Belgrade native will headline stellar field at the Boodles tennis event (June\u00a018-22<\/strong>), as a part of his preparations for Wimbledon<\/a> (June 24 – July 7).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Novak said he hopes the inspiration of playing at Wimbledon will help him get over his semi-final defeat at the French Open.<\/p>\n

“I don’t think it’s going to take the toll on me in the future because I’ve been in these situations before. Hopefully I can use the upcoming period to recover and mentally get motivated, get inspired again, to play my best tennis in Wimbledon.”<\/strong><\/p>\n
