The official draw for 2013 Rogers Cup<\/a> has taken place on Friday afternoon, at Uniprix Stadium.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The sixth ATP World Tour Masters 1000 event of the season, Rogers Cup presented by National Bank, will be played from August 5 to August 11 in Montreal.<\/p>\n

Novak is a top seed and has a first round BYE. He will open campaign against world no.50 Florian Mayer (4-0) on Tuesday at 20.00 local time (Wednesday at 02.00 CET).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nole\u2019s potential rivals in the later stages of the tournament are:<\/p>\n

3rd round<\/span>: Janko Tipsarevic (SRB), Jarkko Nieminen (FIN)
\nQuarter-finals<\/span>: Richard Gasquet (FRA, 7), Kei Nishikori (JPN)
\nSemi-finals<\/span>: Rafael Nadal (ESP, 4), Stanislas Wawrinka (SUI, 8), Jerzy Janowicz (POL)<\/p>\n

No.2 seed Andy Murray, as well as David Ferrer (ESP, 3), Tomas Berdych (CZE, 5), Juan Martin del Potro (ARG, 6), … are placed on opposite section of the draw.<\/p>\n

The Coupe Rogers boasts a very strong field, with Novak, Andy and Rafa getting back to action in their first tournament since Wimbledon.<\/p>\n

Between them, Nole, Murray and Nadal have won the Canada title seven times. Novak is the two-time defending champion and is bidding to win the title for the fourth time, having also triumphed in 2007, which was the second trophy he won in his collection of 14 ATP World Tour Masters 1000 crowns.<\/p>\n

Last year, Nole beat Frenchman Richard Gasquet in the finals (6-3, 6-2).<\/p>\n
