Novak opened his 13th professional season at the Qatar ExxonMobil Open in Doha, and continued successfully at the 103rd edition of the Australian Open.<\/p>\n

The world no.1 made history once again when he beat Andy Murray 7-6 (5), 6-7 (4), 6-3, 6-0 in the final, winning his eighth Grand Slam trophy and becoming the first man in Open Era to capture five Australian Open titles.<\/p>\n
