On Tuesday, March 4, Novak takes part in the 10th Annual Desert Smash Pro-Celebrity Tennis exhibition at La Quinta Resort & Club (23.15 CET).
Each year the Desert Smash brings together some of the world’s best professional tennis players and some of Hollywood’s biggest stars.
Leading into the BNP Paribas Open, an ATP World Tour Master 1000 tournament taking place from March 6-16 in Indian Wells, the event will benefit Cancer for College, a non-profit organization that provides college scholarships for cancer survivors.
The Serbian world no.2 leads the tennis contingent along with the Bryan brothers, Fernando Verdasco, Sam Querrey, Ana Ivanovic, Daniela Hantuchova.. Will Ferrell will also host two-time Academy Award winner Kevin Spacey along with actors Justin Bartha (The Hangover), Jeremy Piven (Entourage), Timothy Olyphant (Justified), Justin Chambers (Grey’s Anatomy), RedFoo (LMFAO) and more.
The event will kick off at 2:15pm on La Quinta’s Stadium Court.
