Novak reaches quarter-finals at Serbia Open!



No.1 seed of Serbia Open, Novak Djokovic, advanced into the quarter-finals of the ATP World Tour 250 tournament in Belgrade with a 6-4, 6-4 victory over Italian Fabio Fognini in 1 hour and 18 minutes.

Djokovic broke Fognini’s serve in the opening game of the match. Till the end of the set each player made two more breaks, and two days older Novak took it 6-4.

There were five breaks of serve in the second set too. The defending champion was 2-4 down, but he found his rhythm and won four games in a row to secure himself a place in the last 8.

Novak Djokovic will face Filip Krajinovic in all-Serbian quarter-finals tomorrow at 8:00 pm.
