The main singles draw for the 2026 edition of the US Open has been made on Thursday.
No. 4 seed Novak Djokovic will open his campaign in his 20th US Open appearance against world No. 48 Mariano Navone (Argentina).
The four-time former champion might face either Stan Wawrinka (SUI, WC) or Matteo Berrettini (ITA) in the second round.
Novak’s possible rivals in the later stages of the tournament are:

The Serbian tennis star won 95 matches out of 110 he played at the US Open.
Novak will be looking for his 25th Grand Slam title in New York, where he lifted the trophy in 2011, 2015, 2018 and 2023.
Last year, Novak fell to Carlos Alcaraz (4-6, 6-7 (4), 2-6) in the semi-final.
Competition at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing Meadows begins on August 30 and will last until September 13.
