Novak rallied from a set and a break down to capture his third title at the Western & Southern Open, defeating Carlos Alcaraz 5-7, 7-6 (7), 7-6 (4) in Sunday's final. One of the best matches in the ATP Masters history lasted three hours and 49 minutes.
