Russia defeated Serbia for a place in the Davis Cup semi-finals after a thrilling doubles match win 6-4, 4-6, 7-6 (8).

Serbia comfortably got past Japan in Group A. Filip Krajinovic beat Yuichi Sugita 6-2, 6-4, then Novak cruised past Yoshihito Nishioka 6-1, 6-2. Tipsarevic/Troicki duo defeated McLachlan/Uchiyama pairing to complete a 3-0 win.
Davis Cup Finals to kickstart in Madrid on Monday
The Davis Cup by Rakuten Madrid Finals will be held at the facilities of La Caja Mágica, located in the Parque Lineal del Manzanares, from 18 to 24 November. Novak will lead 2010 champion Serbia, which is in Group A with France and Japan.

Field announced for 2020 inaugural ATP Cup in Australia
The field is set for the inaugural ATP Cup, to be held from 3-12 January, 2020, in Brisbane, Perth and Sydney. Top seed Serbia, led by Novak Djokovic, will play at the Pat Rafter Arena in Brisbane in Group A with France, South Africa and Chile.

The Austrian rallied to beat Novak 6-7 (5), 6-3, 7-6 (5), and made his first Nitto ATP Finals semis. Djokovic will face no.3 seed and six-time titlist Roger Federer (SUI) on Thursday, for a spot in the last four.
Novak makes light work of Berrettini in London
Novak began his Nitto ATP Finals campaign in style. The world no.2 moved to 1-0 in Group Bjorn Borg after beating no.8 seed Matteo Berrettini 6-2, 6-1 in just 63 minutes at the O2 Arena on Sunday.
Draw announced for 2019 Nitto ATP Finals
The world’s biggest indoor tournament begins on Sunday, November 10, at the O2 Arena in London, and will be played until November 17. The draw ceremony has been made on Tuesday afternoon. Novak is placed in Group Bjorn Borg with Federer, Thiem and Berrettini.

The Serbian won his 34th ATP Masters 1000 title and 77th career trophy on Sunday, beating Canadian Denis Shapovalov 6-3, 6-4 at the Rolex Paris Masters.
