The Mubadala World Tennis Championship (MWTC) organisers announced that Novak is part of the lineup for the 2019 edition, which runs from December 19-21, at the International Tennis Centre at Zayed Sports City in Abu Dhabi.

It was the Serbian tennis star's 12th visit to the Stoke Park, as he looked to perfect his game ahead of the main event in SW19. Main draw for The Championships will take place on Friday, June 28.

Nole returned to The Boodles tournament, the traditional Wimbledon warm-up event at Stoke Park in Buckinghamshire, to finalise preparations for the defence of his Championships title. He clinched his first win on grass this year beating Chilean Cristian Garin 6-2, 6-4.

Novak will play his only pre Wimbledon warm up matches at the Boodles. The Serbian star is scheduled to be entertaining the crowds on Tuesday 25th June at 15:30 CET. He faces Cristian Garin of Chile (ATP #35).

Novak captured a 4-6, 7-5, 7-5 victory on his fifth opportunity to wrap up his fourth title and join Rafael Nadal who has also celebrated four times at the Mubadala World Tennis Championship.

The semi-final clash at the Mubadala World Tennis Championship has brought an interesting clash between Novak and Karen Khachanov. Nole won 6-4, 6-2.

Team Europe fought back to defeat Team World 13-8 and retain the Laver Cup. After pulling out from Abu Dhabi exho and ATP Doha event due to pain in his right elbow, Novak is travelling to Australia where he will take part in two exhibition tournaments. After the two events, the decision will be made about his participation at the first Grand Slam of the season, the Australian Open (15-28 January, 2018), where Nole has been crowned champion six times.
