Top seed Novak Djokovic captured his seventh Wimbledon title after a masterclass performance, coming back from a set down to beat Nick Kyrgios 4-6, 6-3, 6-4, 7-6 in Sunday's championship match at the grass-court major.
Novak moved to within one victory of capturing his fourth consecutive Wimbledon title and seventh overall, when he defeated no.9 seed Cameron Norrie of Great Britain 2-6, 6-3, 6-2, 6-4. The top seed will look to win his 21st Grand Slam crown when he faces Nick Kyrgios in the championship match on Sunday (15:00 CET).
Sixth-time champion Novak Djokovic booked his place in the Wimbledon quarter-finals on Sunday evening, following a 6-2, 4-6, 6-1, 6-2 win over Tim van Rijthoven. Novak will look to continue his run when he plays Jannik Sinner (ITA, 10) on Tuesday.
The Serbian top seed cruised to a 6-0, 6-3, 6-4 third-round win against countryman Miomir Kecmanovic at the grass-court major. He will take on Dutch wild card Tim van Rijthoven on Sunday.
The top seed eased past Australian Thanasi Kokkinakis in straight sets, 6-1, 6-4, 6-2 to reach the third round at The Championships. He goes on to face Miomir Kecmanovic (SRB, 25).
