The 2020 Australian Open official draw took place at Margaret Court Arena on Thursday. Novak, a record seven-time AO champion, is no.2 seed and will open title defence campaign on Monday when he meets world no.37 Jan-Lennard Struff of Germany (H2H 2-0).

Novak Djokovic and Dusan Lajovic both powered their way to singles wins for Team Serbia against South Africa on Saturday at the inaugural ATP Cup in Brisbane.
The field is set for the inaugural ATP Cup, to be held from 3-12 January, 2020, in Brisbane, Perth and Sydney. Top seed Serbia, led by Novak Djokovic, will play at the Pat Rafter Arena in Brisbane in Group A with France, South Africa and Chile.
